Promoted by the Assessorato alla Cultura di Roma Capitale and Azienda Speciale Palaexpo, under the patronage of Roma Capitale, and produced and organized by Azienda Speciale Palaexpo in collaboration with IMG, the exhibition Dal Cuore alle Mani: Dolce&Gabbana is curated by Florence Müller with set design by Agence Galuchat. The exhibition brings together more than two hundred unique creations by Dolce&Gabbana, representing the distinctive elegance of Italian Alta Moda.
A celebration of the brand’s unmatched craftsmanship and artistic vision, Dal Cuore alle Mani serves as a heartfelt tribute to the Italian culture that has always inspired Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The exhibition traces their extraordinary creative journey—from the heart, where ideas are born, to the hands, where they are brought to life. Alongside these iconic works, the exhibition also features pieces by contemporary visual artists in dialogue with the Dolce&Gabbana aesthetic.
Unfolding across approximately 1,500 square metres, the exhibition takes visitors through a series of large, immersive rooms. Each space explores the brand’s distinctive and unconventional approach to luxury: refined, sensual, and unmistakably unique—yet also playful, irreverent, and boldly subversive. The narrative is structured around themes that illuminate the many facets of Italian cultural heritage that have shaped Dolce&Gabbana’s world: from visual art and architecture to artisanal traditions, folklore, music, opera, ballet, theatre, and, naturally, the iconic spirit of la Dolce Vita.
